I suffered from migraines, chronic shoulder & neck pain for years before I had cervical disc herniations.
It was terrible. Not only did one disc tear, but the disc below slid up and under the disc above.
Like, how does that actually happen, especially because I didn't fall, get into a car accident or hurt myself while exercising.
That was in 2017, and since then, I've learned so much about pain.
It's an opportunity for Internal Navigation.
Think of it this way; we've all heard that we have to fill our cup. Well, what if a cup has a hole in it? Whatever contents we put in is going to drain out the hole.
That's what stored trauma in your electromagnetic field does to all of your self-care practices.
Stored trauma is an emotional reaction to an event that you have experienced some time in your life that was so overwhelming you weren't able to process it; deal with it. So the vibration of the emotional reaction is literally got stored in your electromagnetic field.
That storage system is the hole that is constantly draining your gratitude lists, your exercise, your clean eating, your meditations.
So if you've tried to exercise, tried to diet, tried group fitness class, and felt worse instead of better, don't worry.

Everything begins with the mind, the function of the brain. Your thoughts send a signal into the field, and your feelings return the thought to you.
Most thoughts are unconsciously & destructively repetitive.

Emotions are the name given to energetic frequencies you feel in your body.
Trapped low-vibrational emotional frequencies cause sciatica, shoulder & hip pain, knee pain, & lower back pain in two ways.
One, the low-vibrations distort tissue.
Secondly, the vibrational frequency of emotion triggers the brain to release corresponding molecules of emotion. Those molecules, if not processed through the body, get stored within its tissues.
The storage causes your DNA to express itself in dis-ease, and again, a breakdown of tissue painfully occurs.
Physical pain can be a physical body issue. When fully functioning, the body moves in opposition to propel itself forward, backward, side to side.
I think of it like an "X" pattern. When you step forward with your right foot, your heel hits the ground. The energy or force is transferred up the leg, across the hips & dissipates or leaves the body out the left hand and temple.
Suppose your "X" is misaligned from your seated position at your desk, your repetitive movements at work or sport, or from not knowing how to exercise correctly.
You will probably experience pain, loss of strength & durability, balance & flexibility in those cases.
Your MIND is a fractal of God's consciousness.
Your ENERGY is the Holy Spirit.
Your BODY is an expression of both.
The search for fullness, connection & happiness is within your mental, emotional & physical body.
You have everything you need to become everything you desire.
You are perfect & complete, loving & lovable.
Anything you believe outside of that is a lie &
your source(s) of pain.
