The emotions in your Dream Body fantasy are the same as those in your escape from childhood stress.
We’ve often been told to stop dreaming…
To stop living in the should have, could have fantasy had the thing never happened to you…
But here’s what my intuition says:
Since we get anxiously or avoidantly attached to the Dream Body and we react to the self-doubt & unworthy feelings about our ability to attain & maintain the Dream Body, we can apply the same practices & inner work tools associated with the attachment trauma…the nexus of our escapism-dreams!
And since its emotional energy in our electromagnetic field is how we create our experience, it makes sense that we can use the Dream Body & inner child fantasy to….create!
Of course, you have to process that reactionary energy of sabotage.
And that’s the work we do in The PHAT Life!
