How to Eat For Your SMOKE SHOW HOT Dream Body

So many times, we think buckling down harder is the only way to see results. And it’s so frustrating when we can’t sustain being that strict!

I was incredibly strict for almost two years when I was on an anti-inflammation diet & a calorie deficit.

I took four months to learn how to eat for the Hepatonia Constitutional Body Type, and then I started my first coaching program from a friend to learn how to track macros.

About a year later, I hit a road bump after a few cuts, where I was in a deficit and then maintenance.

I was fatigued from dieting. My training partner, who had 40+ years of experience in bodybuilding, said that if I cut out Saturday morning pancakes, I’d have my six-pack.

The only problem with that statement was that Saturday morning pancakes were the highlight of my week.

I spiraled for months after that little harmless suggestion.

If I had had my moderate eating habits now, I would have been okay with that statement and omitted Saturday pancakes.
