My last binge was on February 3, 2010! I was crying so hard that I couldn’t eat my peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
When I spat it out into the trash can, I knew I was in trouble because food wasn’t getting me through my emotions!
Ironically enough, I was scheduled for a mental health appointment the very next day!
I was diagnosed with PTSD after explaining how I felt physically: the adrenaline dumps of stinging hot sweats just thinking about something that I could have done wrong, AND after talking about my mom’s stalker who tormented us for over a year & had his friends torture my cat while he was in jail.
Fifteen years ago I learned what happens in childhood affects us in adulthood.
The more I walked my spiritual path, the more I learned about the Inner Child, the nervous system, health or disease manifestation of inner child “issues,” and…..drum roll please….how energy manifests…but in the “I am manifesting my wildest dreams,” type of way!
In this video, I share with you how:
Being hot & magnetic, courageous & not stressed or obsessed about food comes from you making little changes to your eating, which eventually walks you out of your trauma and into your adult body.
🔐𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗞𝗲𝘆𝘀: 🔐Negative emotions of 0-7-year-old you create a perspective of yourself that says: — I’m wrong — I’m bad
🔐The Perspective of the 0-7-year-old you makes the world & other people good & safe, and you…NOT
🔐The Perspective of being unsafe & bad makes you apply rules to guarantee that you are good & safe.
🔐When you are dysregulated from the mental-emotional disconnect in the mindbody, YOU will use food to get dopamine to make a connection and your BODY as the standard of worth in the world.
