I'm Lauren Saracione & I've been in the fitness industry for twenty years. I started with the basic personal training & group fitness certifications. When I was twenty-three years old, I met Ron Fletcher, a First Generation Pilates Teacher! He was eighty-three at the time & he could do backbends & other exercises that I couldn't!
That got me thinking: How do I want to move when I'm "old"?
Since then, I've taken nerve, joint & vestibular rehab courses. I've worked out with super-strong powerlifters, Olympic lifters & bodybuilders.
I've learned from the best, professionally & "bro-science," which is learning from men & women in the gym who've dedicated their lives to their physical evolution.
And I do believe it's a journey of evolution, not a quest for fitness.

The shape & size of your body is perfect. Your body is so much more than the cultural beauty preference of entertainment & media.
Your Body is a communication device between who you are on the Human & Soul levels. It will always let you know if you're making choices for your highest good or what you think you "should" do.
I'll teach you how to set achievable diet & exercise goals that are realistic, constructive & will help you reach higher energy & a healthier body instead of a plan to hate yourself to being fit. Not only that, I'll teach you how to listen to your body talk so you don't derail your plan with quitting, injuries, flares & binges.
Most of your thoughts & behaviors are stored below your awareness. This means: you don't know what's holding you back.
It's hard to stick with a diet & exercise program because you only have 3-5% of intention up against 95-97% of stored ways of thinking & doing. Most of the stored ways of thinking & being don't support your goals. If they did, you would immediately have the body of your dreams.

Once upon a time, Pilates Barbell Club was a cute boutique gym where I trained 3-5 women at a time with my signature workout, PBC5X7.
Workouts included core activation, a main strength exercise, HIIT or body-building & all seven Pilates Mat exercises for the transverse plane (sideways).
You're going to get two small group workouts LIVE each week with me as your instructor.
Don't worry if you can't make them live. You'll get the recording and will be able to complete them on your own!
The workouts will be 40-minutes in length, with mental-emotional alignment to start. Remember, we're evolving not just your body but your mental & spiritual relationships with it! Each workout is designed to free up energy, which is emotion, in your body.
In addition to exercise sessions, you'll also get a mental-emotional-spiritual group coaching call each week.
This session is the JUICY meeting, where you'll use my mental-emotional tools to connect with your Spirit to help you align, process & heal the limiting beliefs that keep you from getting results in other fitness attempts.
You'll want to attend as many live calls as possible because we aren't hanging up until we bust through limiting beliefs.

I've been exploring self-love since 2015 when Pilates Barbell Club closed. To be honest, feeling lovable was something I struggled with since I was a kid!
I've been re-connecting my mental-emotional bodies since 2017 when I learned I could heal my cervical disc injury without surgery.
And, I've been in fitness since 2000. I have a lot of residual muscle from my powerlifting days where I could squat TWO-HUNDRED & TWENTY-FIVE POUNDS, bench press 115 & deadlift 215.
My point is: you won't arrive in three months. You'll be an upgraded version of current self equipped with tools to continually evolve.
