Setting long-term goals like the ability to get up & off the floor without assistance when you're an old lady is a much saner approach to aesthetic achievement now.

Once upon a time, Pilates Barbell Club was a cute boutique gym where I trained 3-5 women at a time with my signature workout, PBC5X7. Workouts included core activation, a main strength exercise, HIIT or body-building & all seven Pilates Mat exercises for the transverse plane (sideways).
It was about strength & flexibility in body & mind, but not the heart.
Well, this year is my:
TWENTIETH year in fitness, the

FOURTH in mental-emotional healing for my neck injury.
