It's like, no matter how many gratitude lists you write, how many morning routines & evening rituals you do, how clean you eat, or how consistent you exercise, you just don't feel better.
"Feel the way you would if you had the thing you want."

How?
I vividly remember sitting in a dirty condo, with crappy carpet, windows that were so thin heat & cold blasted you through the seasons and blinds that were cracked or missing, thinking,
"How do I feel as if I live in a nice home when I'm living here?"
(Spoiler alert, I teach the Law of Attraction Gone Wrong, & I'll teach you the missing link when we work together!)
When I was twenty-eight years old, I had a total breakdown. The breakdown was so severe therapy & meds were necessary to help me deal with unresolved trauma.
I clearly remember standing in the kitchen at my mom's house, hovering over the trashcan, spitting out my go-to emotional eating food, balling my eyes out to my dad.
It wasn't the memories addressed in the session that upset me. I was most upset that I didn't understand how I could be successfully functioning in my career but operating as a child everywhere else.
At that time, I was a successful international textile manufacturer & Pilates teacher.
I asked myself, "How am I this fucked up when I'm doing so well in my career?"
T R A U M A....lol!
Speaking of my favorite comfort, or should I say, "stuff-my-face-with-food-so my stomach hurts, and then I'll obsess about dieting instead of my broken heart, food?"
Yeah, let's go with that!
My go-to binge through my emotions was either a peanut butter sandwich with a glass of milk or PB&J on graham crackers...and a glass of milk.
I don't remember ever being secure in my body. Even looking at photos of myself under the age of ten, I think, "Why did I think I was fat?"
Body image, weight, diet & exercise are all rooted in emotions.
We expect to feel better about ourselves once we look a certain way, fit into the jeans, or have our desired number on the scale.
The weirdest thing to me about the emotional body & physical body connection is this:

Like, for real? Why?
In a tiny nutshell: we are mostly energy. Our physical body is only .00001% material. The energy is vibration, and emotions are the names we give to varying rates of vibration.
So, if you're like me and observed some pretty heavy shit when you were little, you probably are vibrating at a lower rate.
This means it's harder to feel good because your hard drive is operating at the opposite rate of what you'd like to be.
(Don't worry! I'll teach you how to upgrade your vibration, remove old emotional programs & install new ones.)
And, I'll make exercising and eating healthy FUN & DOABLE!
First of all, you should know I'm a 12th house Pisces with Aries rising & my moon is Libra.
I strive for balance, hence the 4-Body Integration, I'm firey as fuck per my Aries rising, and my sun sign makes me a natural psychic intuitive.
Before I got to know me, the real me:
Until my mental-emotional disconnect brought me to my knees, or should I say couch, when a cervical disc in my neck slid up and under the one above it.
The neck injury, without external trauma, happened in 2017, and it was indeed the best thing to happen to me. My desire to heal opened up an entirely new & better life.
It took extreme pain for months on end, years leading up to the final break, to get me to wake up to the reality that my unresolved traumas were creating my life without me knowing it.
The journey to a healed neck has led me to understand what I call "The Law of Attraction Gone Wrong." It's my favorite thing to talk about because I believe understanding how we mentally & emotionally create our body and then how our body creates our life is the most useful information under the Sun.
This is super fun, wildly expansive covering Soul Retrieval, which is gathering parts of yourself that have been fragmented through multiple past, present & future lifetimes, so the teeny tiny that we are a single electron in superposition.
Like, everything that is and ever was and will ever be is a single sub-atomic part in superposition.
What a trip, right?
We all have innate abilities that reach far beyond the 3rd-dimensional reality of what we can hear, see, taste, touch & smell.
I just named a few "clairs." Clairs are various psychic abilities. So, you do have the power. You just don't know the extent of them!
When I connect to non-physical, the support I receive is from Ascended Masters, my I AM consciousness, my High Self & my Guides. My non-physical grandpa helps out too!
I see humans as the Trinity.
We're endowed with a fractal of God's consciousness. Our physical body is the same as what Jesus' represented, the physical form of God's mind combined with the Holy Spirit's energy, which is you.
You are a Holy Spirit fully equipped with all the resources of the cosmos, anchored through your Chakras, built from God's mind & represented in your physical body.
You are amazing! Awesome! Wonderful! Beautiful! Worthy & valuable beyond what you can imagine.

Eight Weeks
In a perfect world, you'll have two to three sets of dumbells, mini-bands, large bands & an exercise mat. You may spend anywhere from $30-$130. If you don't want to buy equipment, that's totally fine. I'll write your program based on what you have or body-weight exercise only.

Everything begins with the mind, the function of the brain.
Your thoughts send a signal into the field, and your feelings return the thought to you.
Most thoughts are unconsciously & destructively repetitive.
I'll teach you how to change your thoughts, let go of the ones that don't serve you & bring unconscious thoughts into your awareness to be released, so they no longer cause you pain!
Emotions are the name given to energetic frequencies you feel in your body.
Trapped low-vibrational emotional frequencies cause sciatica, shoulder & hip pain, knee pain, & lower back pain in two ways.
One, the low-vibrations distort tissue.
Secondly, the vibrational frequency of emotion triggers the brain to release corresponding molecules of emotion. Those molecules, if not processed through the body, get stored within its tissues.
The storage causes your DNA to express itself in dis-ease, and again, a breakdown of tissue painfully occurs.
Physical pain can be a physical body issue. When fully functioning, the body moves in opposition to propel itself forward, backward, side to side.
I think of it like an "X" pattern. When you step forward with your right foot, your heel hits the ground. The energy or force is transferred up the leg, across the hips & dissipates or leaves the body out the left hand and temple.
Suppose your "X" is misaligned from your seated position at your desk, your repetitive movements at work or sport, or from not knowing how to exercise correctly.
You will probably experience pain, loss of strength & durability, balance & flexibility in those cases.
